Sometimes, turmoil is a great teacher. Sometimes.
Sometimes, slowing down and taking a long, hard look is the next right thing. Sometimes.
Sometimes, you just have to be alone with your own thoughts. Sometimes.
Sometimes, you just have to sit there and hurt. Sometimes.
Do you have the patience to wait
till your mud settles and the water is clear?
Can you remain unmoving
till the right action arises by itself?
not seeking, not expecting
can you be present and welcome all things ?
Dying/broken/forgiven.... now I begin

To listen
And know
Sometimes is the path
Serene and wise.
